The following discount options apply to bookings of 7 nights and over:

Contact us for discounts offered for stays of less than 7 nights.

Choice 1 -  5% discount for cleaning and changing bed linen and towels twice weekly.

Choice 2 - 10% discount for cleaning and changing bed linen and towels once a week.

Choice 3 - 15% discount for provision of bed linen and towels once a week (No cleaning services offered).

                *   Your service option can be made anytime before or on arrival.


 * Taxi service for arrival and departure is available 24 hrs a day (at extra cost). We can arrange your transfer from or to the airport at Paphos 

      (€35.00 for up  to 4 people) or Larnaca (€120.00 for up to 4 people). Child car/booster seats can be provided (free of charge).
 * A female taxi driver is available on request.

  * Taxi fare is paid directly to the taxi driver or later at the reception.

WELCOME PACK: Offered on arrival (for bookings of 5 nights and over)

  • Welcome pack includes milk, beer, soft drinks, water (in the fridge), a bottle of wine, tea sachets, Nescafe, sugar, sweets, seasonal fruits, etc.

  • We can also shop for you before you arrive (this cost will be added to your account). Just send us your list, and we will arrange for the goods to arrive in your apartment.

  • Arrival is after 14:00 - Departure time is before 12:00 midday.

  • If you have an early arrival or a late departure time, we will try our hardest to arrange, at NO extra charge, for an extended stay in either your or another vacant apartment.

Facilities & Services Offered:

 Studio apartments have a private balcony or terrace, air-conditioning (at extra cost, 5 Euro per day) for the summer, and heating (free of charge) for the winter.

* General, daily full apartment cleaning (unless a service option is requested).

* Linen service (towels & bed linen) is offered every other day (unless a service option is requested).

* Kitchen/bedroom/bathroom - fully equipped (as a permanent home).

* Air-conditioned/heated in the bedroom.

In summer, the A/c extra daily cost €5 /unit.

* A baby cot, high chair, buggy, and car seat for a taxi transfer, are provided free on request.

* Free use of apartment safe.

* Free high-speed Wi-Fi and internet access points in all apartments and at the pool bar (cable at reception).

* Free use of the internet station and printer at the pool bar.

* Outdoor swimming pool with showers and changing room.

* Shaded children's pool.

* Pool-side honesty bar (self-service) with an indoor and outdoor seating area.

* Beauty Treatments in your apartment massage, manicure, pedicure, reflexology, etc., are available on request.
