5. We give our guests the flexibility of dates to suit them, their flight choice, and also holiday duration. We have no set check-in/check-out time and days, allowing our guests to create their own 'a la carte' vacation.

If you want a taxi, we will arrange it for you, if you want information about places to visit, directions (local or island wide) local restaurants or services, we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

7. We offer free broadband connection in all apartments (a cable can be provided at reception), with a free internet station at the pool bar. Free Wi-Fi is also available in all the apartments and in the communal areas. At the pool bar, there are self-service fridges where you can choose ice cream, soft drinks, water, beer, wine or snacks (crisps, croissants, nuts etc). Hot drinks are also available. These can be taken on a self-service basis, with you remembering what it is that you have had, and then settling up with us at a later date. This is our trusting nature and way of life.

8.   At reception, we can provide you with information about local attractions and services, arrange car hire, excursions, jeep safaris, boat trips etc. We can give you free maps of the local area and also other towns and cities on the island. A complimentary facsimile service is also available at reception.

9. The apartments are all individually designed, but the common theme is comfort and cleanliness. We provide a plethora of equipment, including citrus juicer, toaster, kettle and microwave oven. All of the apartments have a balcony or terrace, with some of the apartments (which have very large terrace), being equipped with sun beds and parasols.  A ‘Welcome Pack’ including soft drinks, milk, water (in the fridge), bottle of wine, tea, coffee and sweets etc., is provided for bookings of 5 nights and over.

10. The clear blue water of our well maintained private  swimming pool, is wonderful for swimming and is the perfect spot for relaxation. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful green gardens and there are plenty of sun beds and parasols for your use.

11. Maid service is provided every day, unless a service discount is opted for. By choosing from our service options, you can reduce the cost of your holiday by up to 20%. Information on these choices is available on the apartments/rates page. For families travelling with young children, we offer a cot, high chair and buggy for your use. A car seat for your taxi transfer can also be provided.

12. All of our apartments are air-conditioned for use during the summer months, and have heating for the winter months.

13. In accordance with the Cypriot government policy, Apollonia apartments  is an environmentally friendly complex, actively encouraging recycling, and consistently seeking ways to help and improve the environment.

14. Our on site laundry, ensures that our linen is correctly and hygienically treated, with only premium products such as Persil , Dixan and Comfort being used. All cleaning products are of a high quality and special care is taken whenever cleaning takes place. Our toilet paper is of a high quality and being 100% paper, is kind on the skin. Anti-bacterial hand-wash is available throughout the apartment complex. Top quality dishwashing fluids, cloths and sponges are provided in each apartment. Our guests health and safety is of paramount  importance to us.

15. A good variety of complimentary toiletries are provided for your use (in excess of those you would normally expect when staying in a hotel), and a first aid box is available in the bathroom of all apartments. A safe for your valuables is located in the wardrobe of the master bedroom or studio.

16. A shaded play area for young children is situated close to the pool. Complimentary drinks, local fruits, jelly and home baking are offered at various times throughout the week.

17. With the owners living on site, available 24 hours a day,  you can rest easy, knowing that an unexpected situation, can easily and speedily be dealt with.
